How-to-Place-An-Order with Scally's

To ensure smooth transactions & also to avoid delays, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Browse through the items you are interested to purchase. Make sure that you are aware of the measurements.

Step 2: Email us at scallywaQ.boutique@ymail.com with the subject, ‘My Order’ and the ordering details are as follow:

• Name:
• Contact number:
• Item’s code:
• Size and Color (if applicable):
• Total item:
• Total price (includes Postage charge):
• Recipient’s address:

Step 3: Wait for our reply and confirmation within 48 hours. If there was no reply within 48 hours, please check under Spam/Junk folder. It might end-up there.

Step 4: Once confirmed, bank details will be given to you for payment. Payments must be made within 3 days after you have sent the order to us or your order will be cancelled.

Step 5: After payment has been made, send us an email. Please include transaction date, amount of payment, transaction number and if possible please attach together the transaction receipt with the email.

Step 6: Items will be sending out within 1 - 3 days once payment has been received (with the exception of Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays).
